We aim to process all Keevoli orders within 1-3 business days.

Please note that processing times may be affected by factors such as incomplete payment, inaccurate address details, or high demand during busy seasons.
If any issue arises, our support team will reach out via email to confirm details and ensure your MemorySphere™ is delivered smoothly.


Shipping Time

Standard Delivery:

  • United States: 7-10 business days

  • International Orders: 10-14 business days

While we strive for timely delivery, certain situations may cause unforeseen delays, including:

  • Courier or logistics delays

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order after payment, please contact us as soon as possible at support@keevoli.com.
We’ll do our best to assist you, but please note that cancellations cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed or shipped.
If your shipment is already in transit, it will fall under our Return & Refund Policy.
